DISCLAIMER

All players will be insured both on the field. ULTIMATE MADRID will provide a travel insurance as well as the tournament will insure for injuries and medical emergencies during the competition. All participants must carry a health insurance card or private insurance.

The player and their parents/guardians, at the time of submitting this registration, declare that the player is physically fit for the event/activity.

PAYMENT PLAN

Non-refundable deposit by February 15th - 260€ / 1,000 AED.

Final payment by April 30th - 800€ / 3,100 AED.
